Côte d'Ivoire, with its tradition of hospitality, has reached a critical threshold, with 26% of its population being foreign nationals. It is imperative to:
- Implement a regulated immigration policy, matched to our capacity to receive and integrate.
- Fully digitise civil registration services, keep separate birth registers for children of Ivorian parents and of foreign parents, and reform nationality law to allow dual nationality.
- We affirm that Côte d'Ivoire will not be a testing ground for unbridled globalisation and the values it imposes through financial blackmail.
- Creation of the National Immigration Agency (A.N.I.) and of the Immigration and Border Police (P.I.F.)
